Catchphrases, not really. But there are little words and references they make. Harley says Puddin’, Toots and right-a-roonie a whole lot. Ivy refers to her plants as her babies.
My favorite iconic Harley quotes could probably wrap the circumfrence of the planet a dozen times but I’ll go with:

- “Oh c’mon puddin… Don’t you wanna rev up your Harley? Vroom Vroooom” from Mad Love

As for Ivy, I really can’t recall any iconic quotes. :/
